This pot was made for a tea company in the 1870's, holds over 200 gallons, emits steam all year long, and now is the symbol of a a famous coffee shop!

Today I try the original Boston Cream! Rigth where it was created by a French chef at the Omnihotel Parker house. I am not sure where Tim Hortons got their recipe from but its has nothing to do with it!
